*Hot Tub surcharge of £325 will be applied to guests requesting Hot Tub use to cover professional cost of sanitising. Guests booking the Hot Tub will also have outdoor towels provided. Hot tub is only available from April-Oct and its use at all times will be weather dependent, due to close proximity to the sea.

*Due to adverse winter weather and proximity to sea, outdoor furniture and BBQ facilities will not be available in low season.

£500 Refundable damage deposit required for all bookings.

No Pets (with the exception of guide/therapy dogs.)
